Yesplan, the management tool for the cultural sector, connects Udini for access control

Yesplan offers a one-stop software solution to the cultural sector for managing activities, staff and materials. Since all reservations are made in Yesplan, the link with Udini offers the possibility of automatic access.

For example, an administrator can automatically grant access to a theatre company or a sports trainer after reserving a room in Yesplan. Access is automatically synchronised to an app or badge that previously required management work in the separate access control system, which takes time and can introduce errors.

Udini can even close access after the last activity per access point to avoid open doors.
